Design and develop property management software. Requires in-depth knowledge of Affordable Housing rules and regulations (HUD, Rural Development, Tax Credit). Borland Delphi v5-2005, AS/400, DB/2 database and CrystalReports is a must. Hands-on experience with accounting, commercial and residential management is a plus. Minimum BS degree, 6+ years of experience.
