RealProperty PLUS 3.1 Offers the Additional Value-Added Services of
Electronic Payments and Renters Insurance

With this new release, Domin-8 now makes available two new and powerful integrated services for property managers – Electronic Payments and Renters Insurance. This release also includes enhancements to the integrated Background Screening Service, which was introduced in May.
Electronic Payments
Using the integrated Electronic Payments Service of RealProperty PLUS 3.1, property managers and residents are now able to process rent payments by credit card, debit card or electronic checks (ACH). These payments can be applied in two ways: either automatically by property managers through Domin-8's property management software; or by residents through the property's resident Web site. Domin-8's fully integrated Electronic Payments Service provides property mangers a more productive leasing environment with faster and more accurate processing of transactions, and quicker receipt of funds. Payments can be setup on either a one-time or recurring basis, ensuring that residents pay their rent on time, and that funds reach the property's account in a timely and efficient manner. Property managers also have the flexibility to decide if they accept partial payments.
Renters Insurance
Domin-8's integrated Renters Insurance Service gives property managers the ability to offer renters insurance to new residents at any time during the leasing or move-in process. Domin-8's Renters Insurance provides residents with both personal property and liability protection in one convenient and affordable policy. In addition, property managers can now better manage their risk of financial loss and maximize profitability. This comprehensive service includes policy fulfillment, billing, renewals, customer service and claims.
