Today's discussions will include Imaging (Set up, best formats, equipment recommendations), PMAS Setup (different ways to connect to your PMAS data), Residential Management issues, Commercial Management issues, and Payroll. - 1:00 - 2:45PM - PMAS Users Group Session

1. Mapping the PMAS database to Crystal Reports. Discussion of the PMAS database and easy ways to map into Crystal Reports.
2. Commercial Management- General discussion about commercial management and how to best utilize PMAS. Great session for Commercial Property Managers.
3. Residential Management- General discussion about residential management and how to best utilize PMAS. Great session for Residential Property Managers. - Evening Activities (To be announced.)
Thursday
- 8:00 - 9:45AM - Three Concurrent Sessions
1. Crystal Reports- Plan on bringing your laptop if you can access your PMAS data using the Internet. We will let you know the number and type of connections as soon we work out details with Shelter Pointe Hotel. We'll have three power Crystal users helping others learn tricks and tips.
2. Financial Reporting- Learn how to run all General Ledger financial reports. Learn tricks to set up your chart of accounts to run standard reports. Learn Freeform and Spreadsheet reporting.
3. Residential-Guest Card to Tenant Tracking. What more can I say. - Break
- 10:00 - 12:00PM - Three Concurrent Sessions
1. Crystal Reports- Keep on plugging away at those Crystal Reports.
2. Estimates, Recoveries, and CPI- Oh My. An in-depth look at how to enter your lease information into PMAS to calculate commercial tenant billings for the above.
3. Regulated Housing- A residential discussion of the intricacies of regulated housing and how PMAS can automate the process. - 12:00 - 1:00PM - Lunch

Today's discussions will include Crystal Reports since it will be fresh on some minds, PMAS Work Order System, Residential Management issues, and Commercial Management issues. - 1:00 - 2:45PM - Three Concurrent Sessions
1. A/P Invoice Approval Tracking and Utility Billing- A hands-on look at both modules and how your life can be made easier.
2. Sales Reporting and Percentage Rents- More fun with some commercial reporting and how to automate these procedures within PMAS.
3. Continuation of Regulated Housing and Replacement Reserve Accounting- By the time you are out of this session, you will be a residential PMAS power user. - Break
- 3:00 - 5:00PM - Three Concurrent Sessions
1. Budgets and Revenue Projections- How to use this module to make budgeting less of a headache.
2. PMAS Commercial Module- A brainstorming session to discuss ways to use PMAS. Users are encouraged to offer tips and tricks that they have learned to fit PMAS into their commercial management workflow.
3. PMAS Residential Module- A brainstorming session to discuss ways to use PMAS. Users are encouraged to offer tips and tricks that they have learned to fit PMAS into their residential management workflow. (Sounds a lot like the commercial session). - Evening Activities (To be announced.)
Friday
- 8:00 - 9:45AM - Three Concurrent Sessions
1. External Interfaces- Learn how PMAS can interface with outside information to automate the bank reconciliation, outside payroll provider, check writing Positive Pay, FAS (Fixed Asset Software), and Lockbox which will allow you to download cash receipts from the bank.
2. Freeform Abstracts, Ticklers and Reminders- Learn how to set up freeform lease and property abstracts in the commercial module. Also, a look into the TUMS system to send email reminders automatically for critical dates and priority information.
3. Report Package Manager and Executive Desktop- Learn the ins and outs of both packages and how they can help you automate your financial statement and other information reporting needs. - Break
- 10:00 - 12:00PM - Final Session- Hold on, I think I have a tear in my eye. Last session of the conference used as a general discussion with PMAS to talk about ideas for possible future changes and when we want to see these changes.
We want this year's conference to be very interactive with all the users. We would like users to head sessions along with the help of PMAS employees. If you are very familiar with any session topics, please volunteer to help lead a session. We are also trying to show live user's data instead of only PMAS test data. You can usually see more difficult situations when you deal with live data.
