PMAS 2.0 Updates
The support staff at PMAS, llc are dedicated professionals that have "been there" as property managers. Most of our support staff have been with PMAS for more than 10 years and are intimately knowledgable about the system functions and operational requirements of our clients. When you call us for support, you get a person and the answer to your question. Direct fax lines and email support to our support group has been structured to minimize the delays and provide our clients with the information they need to stay productive.
Our support staff is available every Monday through Friday with the exception of the following holidays:

Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day
