Our new Regulated Housing Business Unit has a mission to continue to develop, market, sell and support its new products, PMAS ME Certification Processing Module (AS/400) and PMHUD 2000 (PC), to the regulated housing market.

PMAS regulated software runs in a Windows 95/98/NT 32-bit graphical environment and was released in 1999 to replace the older nongraphical version. The software incorporates all processing, forms generation (HUD 50059, 52670, 93104), Section 42 Tax Credit and TRACS Submittal.

The PMAS ME Certification Processing Module is fully integrated with all the property management and accounting software within the PMAS ME system. This module supports centralized re-certification processing or may be set up as a remote site. The regulated software may be run centrally on the AS/400 or in a standalone environment on a PC. It also includes provisions for integration with the Replacement Reserve Accounting and Integrated Document Imaging software. The PMHUD 2000 software runs standalone on a PC for those who do not require integration to the functions in PMAS ME.
